  • In Alt Nagelberg, the Waldviertelbahn line branches off to Heidenreichstein.
  • The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the station, where you can catch connecting buses to Litschau, Gmünd, Schrems and Neu Nagelburg.

The impressive glass art museum of the local glass art blower is less than 5 minutes' walk from the train station and is definitely worth a visit. In the Apfelthaler glassworks, you can learn a lot about this versatile craft, while the artistic glass art garden tempts you to stroll and marvel.
