Station Alt Nagelberg Ergo

At the service station Alt-Nagelberg Ergo, which is already on the branch line of the Waldviertelbahn, the track now separates from the main line of the Waldviertler Schmalspurbahn to enter the rustic forests and meadows of the Waldviertel.

Route information

• The Wackelsteinexpress, which takes passengers through the enchanting natural landscapes of the Waldviertel, is operated by the Waldviertler Schmalspurbahn Verein and stops here on request during the trips in the direction of Heidenreichstein and Alt-Nagelberg.

Not only during the main season in the summer months exciting adventure and theme trips are offered with the Wackelstein Express, also during the rest of the year there are numerous offers of the Waldviertler Schmalspurbahn Verein to experience a little adventure in the comfortable trains or to simply enjoy a trip in the observation cars.
