Laubenbachmühle station is the heart of the Mariazell Railway line. The station marks the end of the valley section and the beginning of the mountain section of Lower Austria's most famous narrow-gauge railroad and is the starting point of the Himmelstreppe. The local bistro not only serves regional delicacies directly to passengers on the train, the small restaurant's breakfast variations are particularly popular. 55 parking spaces and 20 bicycle parking spaces on site make a carefree visit by car possible.
