Station Pfennigbach

Pfennigbach station near Puchberg is on the main line of the Schneebergbahn. The Schneeberg is already visible as a backdrop in Pfennigbach and the impressive view shortens the waiting time in the covered waiting berth on the station's only platform. The parking lot has space for several cars and more than 10 bicycles.

Starting from Puchberg am Schneeberg station, the Hohe Wand can be reached via Pfennigbach and the Grünbacher Sattel. The adjacent Hohe Wand Nature Park offers breathtaking views and impressions as well as exciting highlights such as the petting zoo, the observation tower and the Skywalk.
