- Formerly operated as the Ybbstalbahn, the narrow-gauge line has been operated as the Citybahn Waidhofen an der Ybbs since it was taken over by NÖVOG - Niederösterreichische Verkehrsorganisationsges.m.b.H.. Over a length of 3.1 kilometers, the colorful Citybahn trains run through six stops that connect the Waidhofen an der Ybbs train station with the town center.
- The Waidhofen/Ybbs Citybahn trains to Waidhofen an der Ybbs and Pestalozzistraße stop here every half hour on weekdays and every hour on Sundays and public holidays.
- Tickets can be purchased online, directly on the train or at the ÖBB ticket machines.
