Forest, water and tranquillity - that's probably the best way to describe the area around our farm. The Thorhof is situated at 500 meters above sea level in the middle of an idyllic forest landscape in the municipality of Hohenberg in the district of Lilienfeld. The opposite of the fast-paced and noisy big city. Here, the world sometimes stands a little still. That's a good thing, not only do we feel at home here, but so do our animals. This is where we recharge our batteries and find peace and quiet. OUR PASSION IS FOR THE FISH Our fish are our most hard-working employees. Thanks to the purity and low temperature of the water at Thorhof, we create ideal conditions for the slow and natural growth of our rainbow trout and char. The Thorhof is both a working and living space for us. This is where we create our ideas and lovingly raise our animals.
