Train station Göpfritz

The large reception building at Göpfritz am Wild station is located on the edge of the market town of the same name in the Lower Austrian district of Zwettl. A heated waiting room, publicly accessible sanitary facilities and a ticket machine on the central platform make for a pleasant stay at the station.

Almost 130 parking spaces for cars and mopeds as well as the fantastic view of the extensive region in the Waldviertel offer a further plus in rail travel comfort in addition to the almost 30 bicycle parking spaces.

Route information

The Göpfritz an der Wild stop is located on the single-track section of the Franz-Josef-Bahn.

• Regional express trains run to the Franz-Josef station in Vienna and to Siegmundsherberg.
• Trains to Schwarzenau in the Waldviertel and Gmünd also stop.
• A bus stop with connections to Litschau and the Praterstern to Vienna is located directly on site.
• The Berger bike taxi service on site can transport up to 8 people and their bikes.
