The Wachauer Hofbrennerei has everything to do with apricots - and much more! The Wachauer Hofbrennerei presents a colorful variety of fine brandies, cigar brandies and liqueurs. Naturally, apricots take center stage. They are available sun-ripened and hand-picked as fresh fruit, nectar, liqueur or high-proof with lots of flavor, but also in chocolate or as lotion and soaps. Our apricot gin Apricot is also special and can be used to create delicious drinks. A bar with comfortable seating for tastings, presentations and, of course, socializing invites visitors to linger.
Guests and visitors can experience the distilling process up close in our show distillery. You will gain an insight into the fine art of "distilling" and learn interesting facts about our award-winning brandies and liqueurs. Experience how the "heart" gets into the bottle and feel that not all schnapps is the same.
