The Graf family's organic vineyards are located in the prime locations of Kleinhöflein, Unterretzbach and Retz. This wine-growing area is part of a unique climatic island and is the driest region in Austria. Almost 1900 hours of sunshine per year and loamy, sandy humus-gravel soils characterize the terroir and are reflected in the special quality of the wines. Only hand-picked grapes from our own vineyards are processed on an area of 13 hectares. By avoiding the use of chemical-synthetic fertilizers and pesticides as well as mass yields and careful harvesting, a quality of outstanding wholesomeness is achieved every year. The Graf family's wine-growing cellar master and organic farm thus stands for sustainable viticulture and first-class wines.
