Three generations work together at Weingut Schöfmann, united by their shared passion for expressive wines. This passion manifests itself in a wide range of characterful and long-lasting red wines, ranging from elegant and fine to full-bodied and powerful. Winemaker Anton Schöfmann gives each wine the time it needs to develop optimally. Sufficient time in wooden barrels and longer storage in the bottle lead to a harmonious interplay of time, maturity and tannin. The Cuvée Hutberg Reserve, named after the highest elevation in Haugsdorf, is the flagship of the winery and impresses with its unmistakable red wine style.
