Weingut Arthold

The Arthold winery, located in Zellerndorf in the heart of the Weinviertel, is a family business that has been cultivating vineyards and fields with dedication and diligence since 1848 and also practices the butcher's trade. Craftsmanship is a top priority here and the sixth generation is already at work. The business follows the credo of thinking and acting regionally and living in the 'cycle of nature'. As winegrowers, Weingut Arthold combines the gifts of nature, tradition and knowledge to produce full-bodied wines. As farmers, they cultivate the grain fields and the GMO-free grain is used to feed their own pigs. As butchers, they slaughter without stress, butcher the meat and make products according to traditional and newly created recipes. In the wine cellar 'Zum Herrgott auf der Rast' in the Maulavern-Kellergasse in Zellerndorf, visitors can enjoy nature, serenity and simplicity away from the hustle and bustle. Here they can enjoy excellent wines and regional, honestly produced delicacies and soak up the atmosphere in the wine cellar lane.
