The Gilg winery, which has been passionately growing wine for four generations, is setting new trends in Hagenbrunn. The future of the winery is in the hands of Stefan Gilg, who works with great commitment and experience from internships in large wineries. The philosophy of the winery is that quality is created in the vineyard and cultivated in the cellar. With a new wine cellar on Hagenbrunner Hauptstraße, the winery is setting new standards in grape processing. Using the latest processing technologies, the grapes are gently processed without pumping. In the cellar, a computer-controlled fermentation temperature is used to bring the quality of the grapes optimally into the bottle. Every Friday, the winery offers a wine tasting in its wine store. It is also possible to take a tour of the cellar. The winery also runs a TOP wine tavern at Schlossgasse 33, where regional cold and hot delicacies are served from the buffet.
