The Hauser winery, located in picturesque Poysdorf in Lower Austria, is a family business that proudly looks back on 13 generations. Since its foundation in 1555, the estate's vineyards have stretched around the small wine town. The estate is known for its wide range of traditional wines and its innovative approach to introducing new innovations. Under the management of Werner Hauser and his family, the winery combines tradition and modernity. The old cellar vaults next to the wooden barrels house state-of-the-art technology. Gentle grape processing and slow, controlled fermentation in the historic cellar, followed by storage in steel tanks, preserve the naturalness of the wine. This process bears the unmistakable signature of the winemaker right through to bottling, making every sip a unique experience.
