Our most important principle is: "To vinify wines in harmony with nature and the climate, whose origin can be clearly tasted in the glass!" Our wine is a natural product and we try to intervene as little as possible - our wines reflect the interplay between soil - calcareous, gravelly conglomerate soils -, climate - hot days and cool nights -, and variety.

Precise foliage work, natural and sustainable cultivation of our vineyards is our top priority. In combination with cleanliness in the cellar and careful processing of the grapes, we succeed in bringing excellent quality into the bottle. We allow the wines to mature and give them time to develop and unfold their varietal character. We produce wines that are also like us: clearly structured, authentic, straightforward, natural and easy to drink! We, Karin and Thomas, reflect ourselves in every wine: through effervescence, spiciness, elegance, invigorating freshness, raciness, but above all through potential.
