Weingut Walter Bauer

The Walter Bauer winery, a family business in Ebenthal in the Weinviertel, can look back on a history of over 250 years. The wines that are produced here are characterized by the region, the daily work in the vineyard and cellar as well as the lively enjoyment of the Weinviertel way of life. In addition to classic varieties such as Grüne Veltliner, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Zweigelt and Blauburger, the winery has gradually expanded its repertoire of grape varieties. These include Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Traminer, Chardonnay, Ruländer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. With the conversion to an organic operation, the Piwi grape varieties Donauriesling and Blütenmuskateller were also added to the range. The Walter Bauer winery is thus a place that combines tradition and modernity and offers a wide range of high-quality wines.
