Weinhauer Brustbauer

Winery

Description

As a family business, the Brustbauer winery in the Wachau World Heritage region practises natural and sustainable viticulture. The head office is located in a former Salzburg manor house in Oberloiben, which is over 700 years old. Great respect for nature, a strong awareness of their own history, the pursuit of the highest quality and distinctive hospitality are values that have guided them for generations.

The close-to-nature, manual labor-intensive cultivation of the vineyards results in vibrant wines that represent the uniqueness of their vintage and origin.

And the best thing about a wine tavern is that it brings together a wide variety of people. To achieve this, great importance has always been attached to the quality of the products. The dishes are prepared independently - from bread and meat to strudel. Regional and fresh ingredients as well as tried and tested recipes are used. Craftsmanship is practiced consistently both in the vineyard and in the kitchen.
