The Winter family has been growing wine in Traismauer since 1905. Over the generations, viticulture has been intensified and expanded, so that today around eight hectares of terraced vineyards are cultivated with a wide range of grape varieties. The vineyards are deliberately cultivated in a natural way, without insecticides, with greenery and grass mulch, using primarily organic measures so that future generations can continue to grow grapes in an intact environment.

Our philosophy is to preserve the diversity of nature, give it free rein and only intervene in production in a guiding way. In this way, we press lively and digestible wines with a characteristic terroir.
