Making good wine is a skill - making fine wine is an art.

For me, making wine is something that is simply insanely fun. It is a profession and a vocation, always a challenge, working in, with and for nature - with fun, joy and success. For me, it's a way of life. There is something new every year, the processes are never the same, you always have to be on the ball. If possible one step ahead, only to realize two weeks later that two steps further back would have been better. No recipe - just the idea in your head, the result in the glass after many beads of sweat and then the aha effect when tasting - that's why!

Regional as a foundation, as a basis to build on. International wines as a bonus - white as the default and red as passion; if the year permits, sweet as an encore. Nature serves as a basis, it sets the tone. Preserve, refine, implement; to produce wines that have character, with few frills and even fewer frills. Following the motto: making good wine is a skill - making fine wine is an art. With this in mind - enjoy the wines!
