Description
Bockfließ lies at the transition from the Marchfeld to the hill country and offers excellent conditions for growing wine.
The Scheck winery, founded in 1852, covers an impressive area of 5 hectares of vineyards and 25 hectares of farmland. It is known for its diverse selection of grape varieties, ranging from classic to exotic. Among the varieties grown are the traditional Grüne Veltliner, fruity Rieslings and Muskateller, which are prized for their refreshing aromas. Deep red Cabernet Sauvignons and St. Laurents are also part of the range, known for their rich and complex flavor profiles. Extract-rich Zweigelt and various cuvées round off the range and offer something for every taste.
