Winzerhof Schütz

Our winery is located about 25km north of Vienna in the southern part of the Weinviertel. The loamy loess soil typical of the Weinviertel, influenced by the Pannonian climate, allows our grapes to ripen in a particularly fruity and varietal way. In our cellar, newly built in 2007, the fully ripe grapes are processed into fragrant, sparkling quality wines through gentle pressing and cooled fermentation.

With the 2014 vintage, I took over the management of the winery as a young winemaker after 4 years of technical college training.

I am now able to pursue my dream job with a lot of heart and commitment. I am currently completing the last modules in preparation for the master winemaker exam so that I can always get the best out of the given vintages in the future.
