Description

The sugar mill is a traditional business that has been owned by the Zucker family since 1848. Wheat, spelt and rye flours are produced at the site, which are sold under the "Weinviertel Mehle" brand.

On a tour of the mill, including a 60-minute guided tour, you can see the fascinating manufacturing process for yourself. Some of the mill's secrets will also be revealed. Experience at first hand how one of our most important staple foods is produced.
