With the llamas and alpacas

The peaceful animals invite you on long walks in the Vienna Woods and in the Viennese Alps. A unique experience that also keeps little feet happy.

With the raccoons

There’s a lot going on with the raccoon feeding - and you can be a part of it! Together with the zookeeper, the right food is prepared for the small bears and then it’s off to the enclosure. The cute raccoons gratefully take the delicacies out of your hands, let you pet them carefully and mess around a lot.

With the bears

In the Arbesbach Bear Forest, ill-treated bears are cared for and given a second chance at life. Here they live in spacious enclosures, all of which you can wander around or explore, with dedicated guided tours for children and young people.

With the otters

Otters rule in the UnterWasserReich Schrems. The funny animals can be observed playing, feeding and splashing around - and enjoying the bath in the crowd. The nature park centre has a lot more to offer.

With the wolves

The tame wolves and dogs at the Wolf Research Centre are lovingly hand-raised, trained - and researched in the process. The proximity to the fascinating animals that children experience during the exciting tours and events is unique.

With the white tigers

In addition to camels, llamas and coatis, white tigers also live in Europe’s most modern animal facility, the White Zoo and Camel Theatre. A visit to the zoo can be wonderfully combined with an exciting animal show.

With the donkeys

Stubborn and loveable. Probably no other animal combines these two opposites better than donkeys. During the Wachau donkey adventures you can spend time with your four-legged friends and complete the donkey Olympics, the donkey driving licence and much more.
