In the middle of the forest, between gnarled trees, an old granite quarry and a small lake, the five tree houses almost seem to float in the branches. However, they have little in common with the tree houses we remember from our childhood. Generous glass fronts and terraces offer a breathtaking view of nature, the furnishings look like something out of a design catalog and there is no shortage of modern comforts here either. And breakfast comes straight to your bed! If you wish, you can even have a 3-course dinner delivered.

Not far from the lodges is the UnterWasserReich Schrems. With an interactive indoor adventure exhibition and the multi-award-winning water garden, it provides an insight into the world of Waldviertel ponds and moors.
