Weistrach
The municipality of Weistrach in the district of Amstetten is surrounded by orchards in the heartland of the Mostviertel region. The late Gothic hall church is the focal point of the village, which has remained rural to this day. Exhibitions and concerts are regularly held in the Kulturhof.
The village's best-known event is the Weistracher Mostkirtag, which takes place every year at the end of April, at the height of the pear tree blossom. Particularly interesting for active vacationers: Weistrach is the starting point of the cider hiking trail.
