Description
Whether you’re looking just for a short, leisurely walk, a small Nordic walking route, or a run, the Grünstingbach Promenade is great for everyone. Especially if you are short on time or want to run a morning round, the route is perfect. You only walk on firm ground through the town to the Grünstingbach. Accompanied by the quiet babbling of the stream, you arrive at the Schwarza, where the river refreshes the air especially on hot summer days. Over bridges and through the Kurpark past the music pavilion, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and do something for your health at the same time. A special plus for culture and architecture fans: the route passes by Reichenau Castle, the parish church of St. Barbara, and the town hall. These beautiful buildings are all under historic monument protection.
If you prefer it more leisurely, you can stop by the park cafe.
