The idyllically situated former mill combines the magic of the Wachau: Wine and apricots, culinary delights and culture. Charming apartments invite you to linger and form an ideal starting point for discovering one of the most beautiful river landscapes in the world.

The winery was born out of a childhood dream. Growing up in a traditional Wachau winegrowing family and familiar with working in the vineyard since his earliest youth, he acquired his own vineyard in the Jochinger Ried Postaller in 2019. The first Grüne Veltliner was produced there. From the very beginning, the business has been guided by the high quality standards of "Vinea Wachau". Today, the range includes Grüne Veltliner, Riesling and Gelber Muskateller, developed as classic representatives of the Wachau Federspiel category. At the top of the range is the Grüne Veltliner Smaragd from the Postaller vineyard, a wine with special ageing potential.

The story of the Adam-Mühle and the Langthaler family began in 2013 with the acquisition of the historic watermill. The medieval building was sensitively awakened from its slumber and renovated step by step.

Today, the Adam Mill is much more than just a residence. It is a place where tradition and hospitality are lived. Since 2019, the mill's own wines have been on offer, while a rustic wine tavern and the romantic mill garden invite guests to enjoy regional specialties. Two lovingly designed apartments with a garden terrace offer space to relax, while in summer the ripe apricots from the orchard provide another slice of Wachau joie de vivre.
