A few years ago, his enthusiasm for good food and the region gave rise to "Die zwoa Weinviertla" - a project dedicated entirely to modern, regional cuisine with food trucks, pop-up events and catering. Martin Zeißl, who gained his experience in renowned Viennese kitchens, has been bringing his passion to the Weinviertel for over ten years. The focus is always on the product: regional, high-quality and treated with respect. The dishes? Austrian classics, rethought and, as Zeißl says, "wired" - in other words, modernized without losing their roots.
