The Himmelsstiege restaurant takes care of your physical well-being, skillfully combining the fine SPA cuisine with the tasty, regional cuisine line. Much of the food is sourced from the hotel's own garden and served as a multi-course gourmet menu.
Sustainability is a top priority at the Gartenhotel. In addition to a 2,000m² vegetable garden, the hotel also has its own apiary and goat farm. The fruit comes from the hotel's own trees, such as the famous Wachauer Marillle, and fresh eggs from the hotel's own henhouse and fresh natural juices are also available.
