Gasthaus "Zum goldenen Ochsen"

Tavern / inn

Description

The Gasthaus Vösenhuber has been run by the third generation since 1953 and delights guests with warm hospitality in a traditional style. The menu features down-to-earth dishes - from Austrian classics such as schnitzel, goulash and cordon bleu to generously filled snack platters and homemade pizza, which is a real insider tip. Seasonal specialties such as wild garlic cream soup in spring, Martinigansl in autumn or mushroom pizza provide culinary variety.

The dishes are accompanied by selected wines from Lower Austria and draught beer - an all-round regional culinary concept. The ambience is cozy, the price-performance ratio is regularly praised - especially for the generous portions and the friendly service staff. A catering service is also available for private parties; food can also be ordered to take away by telephone during opening hours. Motorcycle tourists, cyclists along the Danube cycle path and local guests will find this a charming place to stop for a bite to eat.
