Gasthof Zur Linde

Tavern / inn

This business is excellent…

  • Lower Austrian inn culture

Description

Manfred Gürtler knows the advantages of his inn in Neuhofen an der Ybbs all too well. The landlord of Gasthof zur Linde has been focusing on traditional cuisine since 1995. It is the classic inn dishes prepared according to old values that tempt the palates of his guests. Beef, pork, game & co. are mainly sourced from the region and processed in the in-house butcher's shop. The result is hearty Blunzengröstl with sauerkraut, braised onion roast or venison sausages with potato pancakes. The menu also includes some vegetarian alternatives. The curd cheese strudel made according to grandma's recipe and the Somlauer Nockerln are too good to resist. Typically Lower Austrian - or simply refreshing - is the range of drinks, including natural juices, regional wines and hoppy, malty beverages.

Inn with gourmet and feel-good expertise

The ambience at Gasthof zur Linde is worthy of a genuine pub. Guests particularly appreciate the professional service. Every culinary wish is fulfilled in a friendly and courteous manner. In addition to the high level of enjoyment and well-being in the inn and in the guest garden, the region around Neuhofen an der Ybbs offers excursions worth seeing, such as the Ostarrichi Kulturhof Neuhofen, the basilica on Sonntagberg or the Mostbaron cycle route.
