The best quality is guaranteed through cooperation with agricultural partners from the region. The game comes directly from the surrounding Saßwald forest. Austrian cuisine is served: from organic beef from the region to goose or ribs. At the top of the menu are the Waldviertel meat dumplings. Traditional, simple and tasty. A juicy, tender roast pork is also often served.

The inviting ambience is often booked exclusively for wedding celebrations, christenings or anniversaries. The wine list is predominantly regional - but also features some international influences. The restaurant's own products, such as strawberry and apricot jam or wild liver pâté, can be purchased in the in-house store.
