The Frühwirth family runs an organic winery and organic farm in the Thermenregion in Lower Austria with a great deal of passion and commitment.
Not only do they work in harmony with nature in the fields, but quality and enjoyment are also very important in the adjoining wine tavern. Using regional food, with a focus on farmers and producers from the surrounding area, they freshly prepare traditional, vegetarian and vegan specialties for their guests.
