Description

The country inn, first mentioned in a document in 1608, has been run by the Pritz family since 1908. While preserving the original charm and the regional "inn tradition", five buildings have been cleverly and carefully combined to create a unique hotel and adapted to contemporary standards.

Whether you are a hotel guest or a day guest, you can enjoy typical regional Wachau specialties, traditionally prepared Waldviertel fish dishes or light, creative culinary delights in this unique ambience. Head chef Martin Pritz cooks regional, down-to-earth dishes of the highest quality, such as specialties of lamb, Angus beef and veal, fresh fish as well as typical Wachau pastries from "Grandma's cookbook", which are served in the restaurant or in the Schani garden.
