The Helm family serves you in their Mostbuschenschank (typical austrian farm bistro) rural products, which are produced and prepared directly on the farm. A culinary delight that fits smoothly into the image of customs and authenticity in the region. From Brettljause (mixed meat and cheese cuts and homemade spreads with vegetable garnish) over up to the fresh homemade bread and sweets like cakes and the famous applestrudel there is everything which the culinary heart desires - also for takeaway. To the meals it needs naturally also suitable Durstlöscher. The offer reaches here from must over juices up to Glühmost, likewise everything take away in the practical liter bottle available. In addition, the Helm family is a direct marketer of cheese, smoked trout and butter. These products are also available on site.

In winter, the Buschenschank is open daily from 1 p.m. when the cross-country trails are in operation, in order to spoil cross-country skiers with culinary delights during their stop.
There is also the possibility to rent cross-country skis and skating ski equipment. Thus, nothing stands in the way of cross-country skiing pleasure. On the webcam Prolling you can see the current snow and weather conditions. Directly from the Mostbuschenschank Prollinger Gwölb you can go on a snowshoe hiking tour.
