The Ochsenburgerhütte, built in 1932 by the St. Georgen-Ochsenburg Naturefriends on the Rudolfshöhe in Wilhelmsburg, is a popular destination for hikers and mountain bikers. The hut was completely renovated in summer 2016. A cozy atmosphere as well as a large terrace with a magnificent view and a summer bar invite you to linger at 594 m above sea level. The menu includes traditional Austrian dishes, hut delicacies and regional products as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes and homemade pastries - accompanied by drinks from the foothills of the Alps and rare wines.
Festive occasions for up to 60 people can also be celebrated in the hut by prior arrangement, while the terrace can accommodate up to 150 people.
Up to 10 people can be accommodated in the hut's own dormitory.
Further highlights: Mountain bike base with service point, children's playground, electric charging station for e-bikes, dog bar, Waldmark trail station.
