Description
The hearty menu offers both cold and hot dishes, such as roast pork and caraway, grammel dumplings or the typical schnitzel - not a matter of course in the Weinviertel. For vegetarians, there are various salads and baked vegetables, with the crops coming from the farm itself. The wines also come from the restaurant's own vineyards, which are located in Hagenbrunn at the foot of the Bisamberg.
