The location, newly built by the municipality of Röschitz, opened in August 2018, is situated in the midst of vineyards and is situated on a hill in a quiet location. The transparent construction with lots of glass allows a sensational panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards of the western Weinviertel. The great advantage of the W4 is also the combination of the wine bar, restaurant and event hall.
In the Vinothek, 43 winegrowers present a total of 280 quality wines that can be purchased at farm-gate prices. You can expect insider tips, newcomers and top vintners from the Röschitz region and the surrounding area.
The menu at W4 is characterised by traditional Austrian cuisine with seasonal variety. Enjoy a lunch menu at W4 Wednesday to Friday from 11:30 - 14:00.
The event hall offers a suitable setting for a wide variety of events in the region, as well as family celebrations of all kinds, business events and a diverse cultural programme. The W4 is run as a non-smoking establishment. All facilities also take the needs of visitors with disabilities into account structurally.
Depending on the table arrangement and stage size, the event hall offers space for 80 to 140 people. By means of a mobile wall, the room can be divided and therefore offers the possibility to divide the hall into two rooms for 50 to 60 people each.
