Description
Our winery is a family business located in Spitz an der Donau - more precisely in the "Spitzer Graben". Our winery was bought by Josef & Anna Maria Donabaum in 1853. Our family has now been growing wine for 160 years. Our main varieties are the classic Wachau representatives - Grüne Veltliner and Riesling. We also cultivate Neuburger, Pinot Blanc and some Zweigelt. The wine tavern has also been open in our house for over 100 years. A tradition that we continue to live and give. We offer our guests a cozy atmosphere, homemade food and excellent Wachau wines. Our Heurigen restaurant seats around 70 people, and there is room for around 80 people in our courtyard and garden.
