Winery
The family business places particular emphasis on the purity and varietal character of its wines. The area of this wine-growing region around Teesdorf (in the so-called Steinfeld) is characterized by stony, heat-reflecting soils, which produce lower yields but high sugar levels in the grapes. The grapes are processed exclusively according to quality wine criteria.

The traditional method of mash fermentation is used for red wine production, after which the wines mature to the highest quality in wooden barrels under constant supervision.
