Deliberately small and exclusive - to give every food and light composition its full attention. In the Zimmerl, every product has its origin - and its history. The vegetables are home-grown, cultivated with dedication and harvested at just the right moment. Whatever is left over in the kitchen becomes natural food for the restaurant's own chickens - who provide the restaurant with fresh eggs. A mindful cycle that respects the rhythm of nature.
