How it all came about...

Preserved documents show that in 1887 the elementary school was reconstructed to 2 classes with a total of 8 grades.

Unfortunately, the school had to close in 1985 and all the children were moved to the Unserfrau-Altweitra elementary school.

The elementary school was then bought by an Austrian family, who sold it to us in 2015.

We would like to introduce ourselves:

We are a Czech family from Eastern Bohemia and our dream was to turn this old elementary school into a family-run bed and breakfast.

In the years 2020-2025, we renovated the entire upper floor ourselves - from the roof to the floor. We did most of the work ourselves and with a lot of love.
