Starting with the farm cats, Benni the pet dog and many farm animals such as chickens, sheep or cows, you can get to know many different animal species. The hosts offer a whole range of home-made organic products to fortify you after interesting days with the many leisure activities or exciting hours playing. From fresh food from their own garden to home-baked farmhouse bread and specialty drinks. Cider - both sweet and non-alcoholic, as well as crisp and sparkling - is the traditional drink in our region. After a hearty snack, a glass of home-distilled schnapps or various liqueurs won't go amiss.

During our new fasting weeks, we offer our guests the opportunity to fast according to the Buchinger method on our farm, supervised by trained fasting guides. Buchinger fasting is characterized by the fact that solid food is completely avoided. Instead of eating, we drink: high-quality herbal teas, vegetable and fruit juices and a clear vegetable broth in the evening. This allows the digestive system to take a break and the body can concentrate on activating its self-healing powers instead. This can lead to numerous positive physical and mental effects.
Another great advantage of fasting is the opportunity to get away from everyday life, to find peace and to find yourself. At Biohof Ebenbauer we offer the ideal setting for this. Surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh air, it is easy and enjoyable to let go of accumulated ballast. The on-site facilities such as sauna, swimming pond and relaxation room also contribute to your well-being.
