Description
The organic farm is located in the healthiest corner of Austria - the northern Waldviertel, where people still live in harmony with nature - in Hörmanns near Litschau.
They have been passionate about organic farming since 1995.
The heart of the organic farm is dairy farming and organic potato growing. The farm also breeds Simmental cattle, offers farm vacations and grows and produces organic grain and eggs.
The hosts live organically, and they want to share this with their guests on their farm. To make them feel at home, there are two vacation apartments available, which have been awarded the highest classification, i.e. 4 flowers, by the state association "Urlaub am Bauernhof":
-) Apartment Muhkuhli:
This apartment was completely renovated in 2013 and fitted with new furniture in the two double rooms in 2022. It has a bathroom with WC and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (incl. dishwasher, coffee machine, electric stove with oven, fridge and kettle) and two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The price per night is 95,- for the whole apartment, final cleaning fee 35,- Euro.
-)Apartment Erpfi:
This apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It includes a bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge. It also has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a small dining area. The price per night is 85,- for the whole apartment, final cleaning fee 35,- Euro.
