Welcome to the Dietrich Farm in Hessendorf!
We are a crop-farming operation in the municipality of Langau in the Waldviertel region—and for over 20 years, we’ve also been a peaceful retreat for guests looking to escape the daily grind for a few days.
Here, you’ll stay in well-maintained, comfortably furnished rooms with a regional breakfast: fresh pastries, honey from a local beekeeper, and homemade jam.
Just one kilometer from our farm, you’ll find the fishing paradise of Hessendorf, open from Easter through October. Cyclists and hikers will find well-maintained trails through the Waldviertel and Weinviertel regions. We’re happy to pick up guests arriving by train. Numerous cultural Excursion destinations are also located in the immediate vicinity.
Our farm is quiet, well-kept, and run with warmth and hospitality.
