A cozy and very well-equipped 55 m² vacation apartment awaits you near the center of Arbesbach in a quiet environment - just right for relaxing. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. A microwave and dishwasher are also available. Disabled-friendly, central heating, satellite TV (HD), WLAN. Table/bed linen, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC. On the terrace belonging to the apartment you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun or play a round of table tennis in the large, enclosed garden and spend a nice barbecue evening in the cozy arbor.
The garden is ideal for children to play and run around. There is a children's playhouse with a double swing and slide. Our FEWO has its own entrance area with a parking lot in the immediate vicinity, which our guests find particularly pleasant. The nearest shopping facilities are 100 m away.
There is also an extensive library and many community games available. Well-marked circular hiking trails lead you to the many natural beauties and sights of our village. Short excursions to the many castles, palaces, abbeys and museums in the vicinity are also popular. In winter, well-groomed cross-country ski trails starting from the village await you with lengths of 3 to 15 km in a varied landscape. Skis and boots can be hired.
