Welcome to the vacation apartments "beim Nachbarn" in Pernitz, in the beautiful Piestingtal valley, also known as the Biedermeier valley. The cozy and spacious vacation apartments offer the ideal retreat for relaxing days.

Living with comfort

Our two lovingly designed vacation apartments invite you to feel at home:
Cornelia vacation apartment: For 2 to 4 people, with flexible sleeping options, spacious eat-in kitchen and barrier-free shower.
Laura vacation apartment: For 2 to 3 people, with variable bed options, a cozy eat-in kitchen and modern comfort.

Both apartments offer:
- Fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, oven, fridge and much more.
- WLAN and SAT-TV with flat screen for your entertainment.
- Underfloor heating for cozy warmth in the entire living area.
- Bed linen, towels, washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.

Relax & experience
In summer, our garden is at your free disposal - perfect for relaxing hours outdoors. A special highlight is the adjoining DekoStadl, which has many unique decoration ideas for your home.
Thanks to its central location, shopping facilities and local amenities are within walking distance.
