In the beautiful Waldviertel, almost on the Czech border, lies the charming Forsthartl 7. The lovingly renovated square farm, surrounded by a meadow, with a small natural pond (no bathing pond) invites you to relax and unwind.
It is secluded and secluded, but in the context of a scattered settlement of former farmhouses. Enjoy long walks, runs or bike rides. (4 bicycles are available free of charge)
The house for up to 6 people is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail and offers an absolute feel-good ambience with a mix of original furniture and small treasures. In the dining room with living gallery, the tiled stove exudes cozy warmth. In summer, the barn with barbecue area invites you to enjoy the balmy summer evenings with a delicious meal and a good bottle of wine while listening to the frogs playing in the pond. You can sit outside in the cozy courtyard, even if it rains.
Children love to run around on the lawn around the house, watch the deer and go on adventures in the nearby forest. A baby crib is available for the little ones.

During your stay, I will be available to you by telephone at any time. By the way: the house is part of a quadrangle. It has a separate entrance and shares the inner courtyard with the second, privately used, residential unit. My presence (in the second house) is possible, but often not a given.
Baker, butcher and pub in the nearby village (3 min by car, 20 min on foot). The nearest small town with supermarkets, petrol station, cafés etc. is 4 km away.
