Gästehaus Schmelz is located at the western end of the picturesque wine-growing village of Unterloiben, just 2 km from the historic center of Dürnstein. Situated directly on the Danube cycle path, it is an ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes and exploring the Wachau cultural landscape.
The accommodation offers three cozy double rooms with shower/WC and TV, including two particularly spacious rooms, each with around 35 m² of living space - ideal for longer stays or guests who want a little more space. A lounge with guest fridge is available to all guests and offers additional comfort.
The regional breakfast, which is served on the sunny terrace in fine weather - including homemade apricot jam and views of the surrounding vineyards - is particularly popular.
