Enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Look forward to homemade cakes, lovingly prepared spreads and jams, as well as fresh pastries delivered daily straight from the bakery—sweet and savory options—everything your heart desires. We also serve coffee, tea, and a variety of juices—as much as you’d like. And best of all: Our breakfast buffet isn’t just for our overnight guests; outside guests are also warmly welcome. Whether it’s a leisurely start to your vacation, breakfast with friends, or a little morning break, breakfast with us is a delightful experience.
For lunch, a daily-changing lunch buffet is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; guests can also, of course, choose from the menu. We cook with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. This makes the inn a laid-back spot for lunch, a stop after a hike, or a cozy dinner.
Located near Randegg on the Lower Austrian Iron Road, the Erlebnis Gasthof Wasserhammer is the perfect starting point for a vacation with easy access to nature. The Erlauftal Bike Trail runs right past the front door, and around 20 hiking trails wind their way through the surrounding area. There are also swimming spots on the nearby Erlauf River for warm summer days. Those who prefer a more relaxed pace can take a book out to the garden. After all, you don’t always need a packed schedule.
No matter how you spend your day, the cozy rooms with views of the countryside offer a peaceful retreat where you can put your feet up. The culinary delights of your vacation are also taken care of right here on the premises. There’s plenty for our younger guests to discover as well, such as our in-house bowling alley, our playground, spacious meadows to run around in, and much more.
Tip: Lake Lunz, the Erlauf Gorge, the Ötscher, and the Hochkar are all easily accessible from the inn.
