South of Gobelsburg, there is a lookout tower on the Gobelsberg (303 m), which is easily accessible on foot from the center of the village. (The observation tower offers a magnificent panoramic view from the Tulln basin across the Danube valley to the foothills of the Alps. On a clear day, you can even count 37 church spires.
